  • Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and business plans to maximize sales performance and surpass assigned quotas.

  • Update CRM system daily and provide regular reports.
  • Prepare sales contracts for acquired orders and facilitate order processing.

  • Daily updating of CRM system and submission of reports.
  • Prepare sales contracts for acquired orders and manage the order processing.

Desired Candidate:

  • Proficiency in English , additional proficiency in local languages is a plus.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in selling computer hardware solutions to channels, data centers, and other relevant sectors.

  • Coordinate, prepare, and organize bid submission documents for tendering activities, questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
  • Facilitate collaboration among all relevant departments involved in tendering processes.
  • Support the commercial department in maintaining positive relationships with current and potential partners/customers.
  • Review incoming tenders, record important details such as submission deadlines, project timelines, submission requirements, and methods.
  • Gather necessary tender information and references from sources like online search engines, industry reports, and market data for inclusion in submissions.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to tender submission deadlines, overseeing the checking, binding, packaging, and preparation of submissions.
  • Ensure consistency in the format, font, and overall presentation of tender submissions.
